WELLBEING THROUGH MUSIC

The Music Well Community Interest Company is a community WELL of musical resources to support wellbeing and health. The Music Well provides:
• Music Therapy
• Drum Circles
• Singing Groups
• And many other musical activities. See SERVICES for full details.
The Music Well is based in Rye, East Sussex.

The Music Well are continuing to offer some services online during this time. We have our Percussion Group fortnightly on a Wednesday 2 – 3 p.m. We also continue to offer online meditation sessions twice a week. Please see Sadie’s ‘A Breath Apart’ (singing for better breathing) on Youtube where there are over 50 videos to enjoy. We are providing our music therapy services to schools and individuals again now face to face but continue to retain the possibility of returning to online should the need arise. We aim to be flexible and responsive to need at all times. Please see events for details.
